Paint correction & Enhancement

Also known as swirl mark removal or machine polishing, paintwork correction is the reduction or removal of marks in the top layer of paint to produce a more refined finish.

Paint correction can involve either the hand or machine application of varying grades of cleanser, polish or compound. The majority of work is usually done with machine polishers to ensure the highest degree of finish.

Good paint correction requires a high degree of skill and concentration, but done properly, it really can transform the look of a car by dealing with (amongst other things); hard water marks, etching caused by bird muck or fly squash, swirl marks, scratches and fading.

Done professionally, paint correction is entirely safe and will not cause any issues for your paint.

Paint Protection is vital because a vehicle's paint is the most important aesthetic feature on a car. The top coat is delicate and easily damaged, so the correct caution and care needs to be taken at all times, particularly when cleaning. Fewer things are worse than the dissatisfaction of having a dull and dreary looking car. Paint Protection is the best thing you can do to keep your paint in good condition.

If you have treated your pride and joy to one of our details and it's looking the dogs, chances are you are going to want to keep it that way for as long as possible. When we detail your car, we'll instruct you on how to maintain the wax and shine when you wash it, but we also know that not everyone has the time nor the inclination to properly maintain the car themselves. Either way, we have a solution - our maintenance wash will completely clean and restore your car to the way it was when we last saw it, but without the use of any harsh shampoos or snow foams that would risk removing any wax we carefully applied (which would expose your paint to the elements, fingers, bushes and general nastiness that puts swirls and scratches into it).
